Leider spreche ich noch nicht genug Deutsch, deshalb benutze ich Englisch.

Quick version: (27 years-old French) bass player, looking for people to play with, not professionally but at a good and involved amateur level, interested in Funk/Rock/Jazz/Rap/all that mixed, and in anything else you could propose.

Long version: I"m a 27-years old French man who arrived in Hamburg last year. I"™m playing bass guitar and would like to find people to play with, privately or/and live. I"™m not looking for something too serious or professional, partly because I already know that I will leave Hamburg in two years, but I"™m happy to play seriously, regularly, with goals like being able to perform live with a setlist that is not just a sequence of over-used, tasteless covers. My dream would be to find a band with guitarist/drums/keyboard/some brass/voice (+electronics, "¦) to play something at the middle of funk, jazz, rock and rap, but I"™ll be happy to play basically anything. I quite like the idea of making very personal covers of famous songs, but composition is also fine. I have some experience with amateur bands: I started with several rock bands in high school, then it went on during university with rock and funk bands, Led Zeppelin covers and jazz big bands. This involved lots of covers, but also a fair share of composition. After that, I haven"™t touched my bass much during four years, and I feel that it"™s time to get back to it.
