Hi guys,

My name is Javier, I"m 32 y/o and live in Köln. I"m relatively new in the city so I just started to build a small recording studio at my place. The idea of the studio comes along with a music project and I"m looking for people interested on joining forces and ideas.

The project ideas go in a indie direction, say "Electro Poprock" or "Experimental Rock" (influences below). Such ideas are still on early age so they are very open for someone else"s influences and touch. Same way, I"m keen on developing other people ideas as well. I have finished just couple of tracks that I could show you so you can make up your mind; the rest I"ve got is all sketches: loops, choruses, etc.

As for myself, I"m originally a guitar player, but I also play synths, write lyrics and sing. Nothing really technical, I"ve got good technique for some things but I enjoy more experimenting with sound, processing, effects, electronics, etc...

I think it could be interesting to join with one or two people that fit either of the following:
1) Electronic or experimental drummer. Electronic drums, drum pads, drum machines, or even acoustic drums if you like.
2) Electronic/Synth bass player. You like to synthesize your own bass sounds. Or if you are more like a bass-guitar player then you like to play with pedals.

Some of my influences: LCD Soundsystem, La Femme, Grizzly Bear, Liima, Animal Collective, Javelin, Mothers, Noga Erez, Fufanu, Liars, NIN, Odezenne, Soulwax, Messer Chups, Alvvays, The Growlers, Battles, Pond, etc.
